Student Performance
Student academic achievement is a key element in the mission of Wylie Preparatory Academy. The school administrator, deans, staff, and board are committed to reviewing and analyzing student performance. Student performance, both individually and school wide, is evaluated through an analysis of the national Stanford Achievement Test results. Student performance in each subject at grade level is evaluated through classroom assessment and performance.
Overall school effectiveness and student performance is also evaluated through feedback from students, parents, and staff in annual surveys: through feedback gathered in department and staff meetings: and through group and individual meetings with parents. Staff performance evaluations are conducted annually by department heads and deans with the purpose of evaluating staff performance and improving overall school effectiveness.
